About Mouse: Our Meowest Employee
Mouse joined ARLS in 2025. Her previous position, with a staff member, was not a good fit. She needed to be the chief meownager, not share the role with others. Her primary duties include, uplifting staff morale*, warming laps, clearing desks, occupying windows, and meowdaling for marketing photos.
Her office is located in our administrative suite, she’s important you know, at our Hopewell location. She doesn’t have any contact with patrons at this time. Her duties might change, but she knows people have allergies. She takes public health very seriously.

** This page previously reported that Mouse was 3. It has come to our attention that Mouse lied about her age in order to qualify for the meownager position. Lying to HR is a very serious infraction, but when you are HR...who can stop you? The decision was made to allow Mouse to continue in her chief meownager role. Possibly because we are all in awe of her cuteness and skills.
