Having an account on the ARLS website opens up additional features such as having the ability to leave comments on article and blog posts.
To create an account on the new ARLS.org website, just follow the steps below. (You can click on the images to see a larger version.)
Step 1: Click on “Please Login” located in the upper right corner of the website.
Step 2: Here you should see a “Login” box . Please skip these boxes and click on “Register” located under the “Login” button. Please refer to the picture [fig 1.] for clarification.

Step 3: On this page you should see a page similar to the image listed[fig 2.]. Please input a Username in the first box. (Your Username should be unique and easy to remember). Once you’ve done that, please input a valid email address that you can access easily. (Be sure to double check that you’ve entered your email address correctly.)
Now click “Register” and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

To change your password, once you’ve logged in, select “Profile” on the left sidebar menu, locate the section named “Password” and enter a new password. Once you’ve completed that, click “Save Changes” located at the bottom of your profile page.
Now you’re done.
